With Berocca (or ‘Berocca Fish Performance’ as it’s known on Youtube), we spent a day prelighting a rig over a large fish tank at the art directors house. Surprisingly, it was quite a complex shoot, as the room height was limited and the room itself was quite restrictive. We had to provide enough light to keep the tracking markers visible for the syntheyes guys (try and say that when you’re drunk). The following day, we did some 35 takes <!> to get the look and feel correct for the client. Shot HDCam. For Marathon Viral, we had a brief to try and get the idea across that the general public will go to extraordinary lengths to train for a marathon. Conceptualised and shot within 2 days. Tracking in 2 days. 3d Elements generated in 1 day. Graded in Smoke and degraded for viral look. 1 of 10 virals for the client.
